CE's
What do you all do for CE's? classess (at fire departments, private ambulance companies, EMS conferences), Online, or a combination of both?
In Michigan, we have a limited number of online websites that the State will allow us to use, as well as an annual EMS conference and a few refresher classes around the area. I don't know about the rest of you, but we have to abide by what the State says about getting CE's and that is to do a minimum of 7 practical CE's, 7 lecture CE's and the rest is however you want to do it to make the total CE's of 30.
On top of that, those who were unlucky enough to become Nationally Registered on top of State licensed, they have to get another 42 (I think). I was one of the lucky thousands who were "grandfathered" under the old guidelines by less than a month before NREMT came in and all that other stuff.
