International Recruitment
Hello Forum!
Listening to one of the last shows about the international recruitment that the Queensland Ambulance Service is currently involved in reminded me that this is a pretty much standard practice Aussie wide.
If anyone is interested, I know fore sure that New South Wales and Western Australia are looking for Qualified Ambulance Officers/Paramedics all year round. Here in Perth we just got a bunch of jolly Englishman starting in January :-)

Hey sure, you can work for $24 an hour transporting people from to and from Nursing homes instead of bing in station ready to be the closest unit to the next chest pain.....not have any Spinal Boards, 12 lead ECG or proper PPE and get treated like muck by a private Ambulance service pretending to be an EMS. Come on down to WA!!
